Eligible Birth Years: 2007 – 2019
Session 1 & 2 – 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Birth Years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2014, 2015, 2016 (U6–U11)
- Focus: Basic skills, technical drills, small-sided games, passing, movement, and teamwork
Session 3 – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Birth Years: 2011, 2012, 2013 (U12–U14)
- Focus: Tactical play, positional awareness, scrimmaging
Session 4 – 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Birth Years: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 (U15–U18)
- Focus: Advanced tactics, full-field scrimmages, fitness drills, positional play
